ANSP begins its largest air traffic controller recruitment drive in over a decade.

To address projected traffic increases and support succession planning, we have launched a national campaign to recruit and train the next generation of air traffic controllers. The initiative follows a strategic workforce analysis aligned with ICAO Doc 9426 and anticipates regional demand growth through 2032.
“Air traffic services are evolving, and we need a workforce equipped for tomorrow’s skies,” said the Director of Operations. Recruits will undergo a multi-phase training program that includes ICAO 051/052 standards and simulation-based learning. The campaign also highlights diversity and inclusion, targeting a broader demographic to reflect the communities served by our ANSP.
