SMS Audit Achieves Full ICAO Compliance

We has achieved full compliance with ICAO’s Safety Management System (SMS) provisions following an external audit conducted by a regional safety oversight organization. The audit assessed the organization's safety policy, risk management framework, safety assurance processes, and promotion strategies.

The audit noted our mature approach to hazard identification and internal reporting, including the use of predictive analytics in safety assurance. Findings from the audit will feed into continuous improvement plans, ensuring alignment with the CANSO Standard of Excellence framework.
